Avocado Powder

AVOCADO POWDER INCI NAME: Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Fruit Powder

Plant scrubs, an alternative to chemical scrubs, enable you to remove dead cells and impurities mechanically and gently from your skin. They thus speed up renewal of the epidermis and help to give your complexion added glow. Thanks to the rubbing movement involved, plant scrubs also stimulate blood circulation and hence optimize the action of the products applied subsequently.

The smooth avocado particles obtained by grinding the whole fruit (stone, pulp and skin) have a gentle, non-abrasive effect on the surface of the skin. The grains of avocado powder thus gently smooth out dull, thickened skin.

Most of the grains are between 100 and 500 µm in size. This size is just right for exfoliating the face and the body. Avocado powder is used at levels of 5 to 10% in the formula for exfoliant creams and gels.
